Mark was able to guide us through the process. My parents had lived in their dream home for 25 years and loved it dearly. We created a blank slate for the new owners to make it into their dream home and had multiple offers well above the asking price.

Mark was great! I was living out of state so having experience and dedication to selling houses was key. Mark kept me in the loop for every step. He visited my house on several occasions to ensure that the presentation was "on mark", and that it was secure. He even watered the little tree in the backyard. This sale was a little complex in that the buyers paperwork took a little extra time, but Mark was patient throughout the process and we got it done. He really knows his stuff!
