Mark Martinez

Mark was a referral as I was buying from out of state and his statements to me did not match those of my family in the local area. I do not trust Mark. Today he sent me documents to sign although we closed last week. I have never seen that. I do not trust Mark and would never use him again. The only options on service include the word helped but I would not say he helped. He was the agent "representing"' me as the buyer.

Mark helped me find and finance my first home. I was new to the area, moving from Texas, and without his help I easily could have bought a house that was not in the right location. We looked at several houses before deciding on the one I bought. It was a joy riding around with him looking at the homes and his knowledge of the area, now in hindsight, made a huge difference in the value of my home. I give Mark the highest ratings possible for his friendship and real estate knowledge.
