Mario quickly sold our house in Sunland in 2011. We were moving across the country. A down market, and we sold it above our list price! One open house and offers flowed. Mario proved to be sharp, informed and responsive. He brings to the table a great deal of good "old fashioned" common sense, which helped us sort through the myriad of options we had to choose from.
