After some initial disagreement about the term of a one-party compensation contract, we proceeded on or about Feb 23, 2014 and closed Mar 27, 2014. His strategy garnered 18 solid offers from which I was able to choose a primary and multiple secondary offers, all way over the list price. In the end the house sold for $41,000 over list and we closed on the sale in a little over two weeks from the date the house was listed. It was a wonderful and profitable experience!
