Mario is really good at his craft. He can answer anything about real estate or will get the answer for you. It was a pleasant experience working with Mario. We dealt with 3-4 agents before Mario and they do not even come close to the service we had with him. We bought our house at a good price and are very satisfied with our experience. My wife and I found ourselves in need of a Realtor that could help us sell our home in Sherman Oaks and move into something larger in the immediate area which better suited our growing family. To give you some backstory, I myself was in Real Estate over a decade ago, so I know what I'm talking about when I say "the guy is good...and I mean, REALLY good". Not once did we ever question our decision to work with Mario. He set our expectations every step of the way, and was keen in helping us negotiate strategically and effectively, all the while staying calm and professional. Working with a realtor can be a painful experience. That's not the case with Mario at all. Working with Mario has been a wonderful and pleasurable experience. He helped us sell our house which, was not an easy sell, in many ways. Through thick and thin Mario was with us every step of the way. He kept it real and he kept it thoroughly honest.
