It was back in 2008 when we bought our first house and Mario was our agent. Our first house was a foreclosure with lots of "characteristics", but fine bones. One of characteristics posed huge challenge which we don't usually come across normally. Mario took on the challenge and solved it beautifully. Without his help, we wouldn't be able to get house. Fast forward 13 years later, when it was time to sell our house and start our next adventure many states away, we didn't think twice as to who will be our agent.
