I came to Dutch with the most ridiculous plan, which changed, and then I urgently needed to sell and do it fast. There wasn't a moment of reasonable in what I brought to him to accomplish. But...he did it. He not only listed my house, got it sold, had a settlement in lightning speed, and bent over backward to get it all done...but it was all done, and there wasn't a single bump in the road. Now...I'm sure there were bumps, but I didn't know about them. He once asked me, "do you know anything about x?" I had no clue, and he calmly told me....no worries, I can take care of that. Yeah, he could take care of it, and he did take care of it, but it involved a bunch of bouncing around to different companies to trace back a document from about 22-23 years ago. I had no clue. He took care of everything like it was no big deal. Dutch is a friendly guy who is very trustworthy. His goal is to do his job well, have fun doing it, and make it as easy for everyone else as possible. He is always calm and smiling....never seems stressed at all. I was kept up to date on everything that was happening. I asked a million questions and he answered them all. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Dutch is just a great person...that simple. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about others. I would recommend him to everyone I know and care about.

I was coming from Indiana, looking to purchase a home in the Reading Pennsylvania area. Had some issues with two different realtors that made me go separate ways from them.
