Amazing personality, extremely knowledgeable, and worked her butt off when there were a couple of snags with the HOA. She's also very well connected and called in a couple of contractor favors and I paid nothing. Mary and her cohort, Maria, were so much fun that I took them to dinner and we laughed for 90 minutes. We had showings scheduled during the "Coming Soon" phase (which Mary said we would), with several offers within the first two days it went live (which she also said!).
