Kathy is wonderful person and knowledgeable realtor! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous on who I should work with. I was referred to Kathy by a family friend and she did not disappoint. I quickly felt at ease and trusted her. After our first day of seeing homes, we synced up on what I wanted. I was discouraged on what I was seeing in my price range and she assured me that she knew exactly what I wanted in a home and that we would find it. I knew that in this housing market and my specific budget, I expected my home search to take months. Well, it took 2 weeks to find the perfect home for me and get an offer accepted! I attribute that to Kathy. She was so helpful by answering questions promptly, advocating for me, and being flexible. I will be using her again in the future for my next home purchase and selling my of current home. She is great and I highly recommend her! My only regret is that the process was too quick and I wanted to spend more time working with Kathy.
