Made good recommendations for making my house more salable. Knew the market and what was reasonable to ask for my house based on similar houses and what was going on. Excellent photographs - my house got an offer within two days of the listing. She arranged all the people do do the work on the things found during the home inspection - I don't think anyone else does that. Was great at negotiating the final price. Have never had a better agent.
