Working with Marcy was the best decision we made when we decided to look for a house to buy. As first time home buyers we knew very little about the process or what to expect, especially during such a crazy time in the market (Spring/Summer '21). Marcy took time in the beginning to get to know us and hear about what we were looking for and answer all the questions we had. She was always on-time, friendly, patient and kind with us. We truly felt like she was in our corner and looking out for what was best for our family's situation and not was best for her. When we finally found our house and had our offer approved she was as excited as we were! She introduced us to our loan agent, who was also great, and walked us through the process of getting pre-approved. When looking at homes, you could tell how experienced and knowledgeable Marcy was - from knowing the pros/cons of each neighborhood to how much certain repairs to a house might be. Additionally, Marcy was really quick to leverage her own network of trusted inspectors & professionals to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. Marcy's support is unwavering - she has always been very fast to respond with answers to any questions we've had through counter offers, the closing process, leasing back to sellers and everything else. I can't recommend Marcy enough, you won't regret working with her!
