In 2000, he traded snow boots for flip-flops and headed to Myrtle Beach. Starting out slinging burgers at Planet Hollywood, Marco quickly rose through the ranks, mastering the art of managing both restaurants and ridiculous customer requests. After a decade in the fast-paced restaurant world (and more kitchen drama than a cooking show), Marco decided it was time for a career shift. He took a leap into real estate—because what’s scarier than commission-only work, right? Turns out, it was the best decision he ever made.
