I can't even emphasize enough how amazing Ms. Mannie has been for our family! She worked to the bone for us even though things weren't always going in the right direction due to negotiations (not on our end). Just to put how hard she works in perspective, she was on vacation in Germany visiting her family she rarely gets to see and would always keep us in the loop about every house she came across/researched until the late night/early morning because keep in mind that Germany is 6 hours ahead of U.S. eastern time. She could have just pushed us on the back burner because she definitely deserved to get some down time and relax with her family, but that's not who Mannie is, she gives 110% at all times. She even had someone on her team go look at houses for us when she was out of the country because at the time we were residing in Louisiana. Mannie and her team were on point compared to the other teams I have encountered in my lifetime of buying houses.
