I can’t say enough great things about Manuela. I found her through military Facebook groups where she was recommended as the top agent in Tampa for VA loans. But she is more than just our VA friendly realtor, she is our home buying warrior. She never made decisions for us but she gave us the tools to find the home that was perfect for us. Her honesty was invaluable and her insights on neighborhoods, renovations and appraisals, well, we couldn’t have found our new home without them. And her diligence and suggestions helped us get a super fast closing, 3 weeks! For anyone who has spent a month in a hotel with kids and pets, a fast closing is a godsend. In addition to helping us (and the seller!) with home inspectors, title agencies and pre-closing repairs, Mannie was there for us weeks after closing and during her own family’s vacation to assist us in deliberations with the home warranty company. If you have ever dealt with a home warranty company, you know the stress involved, it’s almost like being in court and dealing with litigation. Mannie gave me straightforward expectations and made phone calls to make sure our home repairs were on track. I expect to stay in touch with mannie over the years and when I am ready for my next home-buying adventure I hope she’ll be there to fight for me once again.

We came down 1 day, she scheduled 20 + viewings for us last minute, worked every and any angle to get us the house we wanted. Not only on her side, but for the realtor who was over the clients buying our home as well since it was contingent on our sale. All in all it was an amazing experience watching it all come together. Mannie was fantastic throughout the entire process. We found our home in one day and moved in a month later. We highly recommend Mannie, she is fantastic.

If I could, I would give Mannie 10 stars! She and her team are absolutely amazing. I met her on Facebook when we were months out pcsing from Hawaii to Florida. It was a 6 hour time difference and she went out of her way to assist us in purchasing our home a couple years ago. Just recently it was time for us to pcs out of Florida and after discussing our options, selling was the way to go. Again, Mannie was amazing.
