Mannie helped me purchase a home while I was deployed and could not be there in person to view it. She did multiple Face Time calls with me to ensure that I was comfortable making an offer without physically being there. A few years later she also helped me sell the same home and I received an offer less than a month on the market. I don't even know where to begin to say how grateful me and my family are for our realtor Mannie! This lady has been more than a realtor, but became a friend to my husband and I . We are a military family, relocating from out of state. There is something very unique about Mannie, is that she is an advocate for YOU! If I had to describe her, she is a go-getter, very detailed, trustworthy, respectful, funny at times lol, but most of all she has made our buying process a breeze, even throughout the most difficult COVID era rules. She is ALWAYS available to answer anything you need. Believe me, I ask a lot of questions. Lastly, I don't know how this lady did it, other than her working day and night to find us the perfect home...not just any home, but our dream home, is absolutely unreal.
