Being our first time, both my wife and I went into this home buying process scared and nervous but Mannie and her team made this whole experience easy and comfortable. From the very beginning we never at all felt pressured into anything, we were allowed to shop around for different lenders, realtors, and other providers but we're glad we ultimately went with her. We went into this process knowing only what we've heard through family and friends and from our own research online but she responded to our questions very promptly and informatively. We were stationed overseas at the time we began searching for houses with her, we flew into Tampa for a few days to look at houses and she was able to show us over 20 houses in a couple of days. Ultimately she was able to get us a house which had multiple other offers for under the asking price. We were also able to close on the house from overseas without having to be in Tampa.
