You've been amazing Mannie and simply the best in Tampa house hunting aid! Mannie gots your back with infrared sensors, ballistic-grade armor, and auto-fire to cover your six…figuratively speaking of course. Rare to find someone that works for you and not against you in this business. A realtor NOT after her own needs. She was professional and thorough in all she did and never left us out of the loop. She is a treasure trove of information and knows the Tampa housing market like the back of her hand. We did our homework and then started our quest for a house in March of 2017. Happy to report we just closed on our home with 3wks to spare before departure. This was our first home buying experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide/expert. Being an active duty family and hubby still having to come home to write papers (like many others) for online classes, family time was our #1 priority. We wanted something close to MacDill and Mannie got us within 6min of the main gate. Future Home Realty rocks (the company she works for)! If you are willing to accept straight-up honesty, shaken not stirred, then you will get a realtor that will be receptive to your questions day or night and protect you from rookie land-mine mistakes.
