Lynn Holland

Back in 2006 when we were moving to MD, a friend recommended Lynn Holland to us. Lynn was wonderful, listened to what we wanted, and found us a home that more than exceeded our expectations. It only made sense that now in 2022, when we were ready to sell, we would contact her again. Lynn showed up, more than prepared to walk us through the steps to sell our home. She made suggestions on staging, and gave us a folder with all the information/numbers we would need. We sold in the very first weekend! You could say that's not unusual for the housing market right now, but with Lynn the whole process was smooth. She presented the offers we received and answered all of my questions. I had a lot! Lynn is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Truly, if you are looking for a dream realtor, Lynn Holland is the way to go.

Lynn is great! I’ve used her twice already! This time I hired some folks to remove unwanted items from the home and they damaged the ceiling and scuffed the walls a few days before closing and final Walkthru!! But Lynn was on top of it she proactively coordinated the repair with all parties so I could focus on other matters. She does all the worrying so you don’t have to! :)

Lynn was remarkable in her professionalism and knowledge of the entire process. She was able to sell my home in 1 week for more than the asking price!….I recommend Lynn for all your real estate needs!
