Luis was absolutely wonderful. I found him quite by accident after our current realtor was Falling short on getting the job done in this aggressive housing market. I found a house that I liked online Luis was the listing agent and so I sent him a message. he got right back to me and was wonderful to work with as the sellers agent. We had such a great experience with Luis as the seller‘s agent that when we decided to list our home we used Luis as our listing agent. He was wonderful with communication kept us in the loop on every step of the process and managed to get us an amazing offer on our home. we closed on time and with no issue. I truly hope to not be in the market for another home anytime in the near or far future however if I find myself in that position there is no one else I would rather work with then Luis Carretero!

My experience with Luis was beyond my wildest expectations. My husband and i we're looking to purchase our knew home. Since we are very young ( 20 years old ) we didn't have any prior experience or knowledge. When we started to work with Luis, he explained everything to us in details, he walked us through everything and he made sure we understood everything. Luis has a lot of experience and a lot of great informative knowledge. One of the things that i loved about Luis was that i was able to communicate with him 24/7. If i had any questions or concerns i was able to text him at any time and he quickly responded which was amazing. I am very happy because he helped me look for my dream home ! I was able to know everything that happened at the closing, no hidden items no hidden agendas. Luis was great, he really treated us like family and genuinely had the best interest.
