The Best Realtor in Florida
Lori really worked hard for her $$$! It took 11 months but finally closed on the sale of our condo. She has excellent marketing skills and used them all! The market really slowed down with the high interest rates and the buyer was able to assume our mortgage for 3.5%. She asked us to see if mortgage was assumable which we never heard of but it worked!!!!! Very professional with a great personality….thank you Lori Rutherford!!!
