Liz, had a vast knowledge of the Colorado market and was able to guide me in making a sale of my house, she made many sacrifices to make sure the deal got done, if I was to ever move back to Colorado and buy a house again I would use Liz and her team again.
I'm so lucky to have worked with Liz in finding my home (early 2021). I just moved to the area and didn't know anyone and decided to start hunting via agent reviews. Liz is now my forever Realtor, because: she is very experienced, nice, honest, and effective! My mother is a 20+ year Realtor veteran in another state, and Liz was very kind to answer all of our combined questions, and demonstrated above abstract industry knowledge. My mom was impressed...
Liz made the process of selling our home seamless and stress free. With her knowledge and expertise she helped us understand each step and get the best price for our property. Liz knows the market and is a pleasure to work with.
Working with Liz was a great experience! She spent an entire day showing me properties in Fort Collins. Contracts, inspection, deadlines, and closing all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
Liz is a very kind person and she helped me with the whole process of buying my house and I am very satisfied with her work
