I can't say enough about my experience with Lisa! Unfortunately due to both of my parents passing, I acquired our family home in Holiday Lake Estates. This home was my grandparents and was a place our family gathered in my childhood as well as where we brought our own children to make memories. The decision to sell was not an easy one. I was so fortunate to have Lisa by my side as we went through the tough and emotional decision of determining when to sell. (I live in Illinois) Lisa was right there through the four years and supported me by helping to find solid renters, gave me suggested resources when I needed to make repairs on the property, met with me when we came down to bring me up to date on the current market and offer options, supported me in finding the right time to sell, and finally helped us get the property on the market while I was not in the state. Her knowledge about the area and market analysis helped determine a competitive price on my home. She made the process much easier then I ever thought it could be and had our property sold in under a week. We closed on the property electronically which helped so much since I was not able to travel at that time. She is professional, compassionate, and just the person I needed to help me through this process. I would recommend her without any reservations!

Lisa guided us in making the purchase of our Florida home. She drove us to various homes and neighborhoods until we found the one we fell in love with. She was always professional and responsive to all our inquiries and provided us with the information we needed to know. As an attorney, I hired Lisa to handle the sale of a clients property. I have known Lisa for 20 years and found her to be extremely professional, diligent and knowledgeable about the properties for which she acts as a realtor and property value expert. For the particular house I asked her to sell it was in need of some repair and attention. Not only did Lisa find the proper contractors to fix the house but she under took some of the repairs on her own. She would frequently stop by the property and clean without being requested to do so. She generally managed the sale by directing contractors, the water company and the electric company. She is extremely patient and readily available for her customers questions. And yes we got our asking price. I highly recommend Lisa for the sale or purchase of any property in the Pinellas/ Pasco area.
