Liana was on top of the current market, both for buying and selling homes. Lots of escrow documents were involved in the buying process and she was very helpful in guiding us through every step. We worked with her mostly remotely. Liana was very responsive, personable and experienced. She worked hard for us. She visited several properties for video walk throughs and coordinated with several vendors for inspections and bids. She has a great eye for improvement potential and has a full book of referrals.
