Lee’s Marketing Plan starts with a solid relationship with his new client(s), the preparing of the house/villa for viewing, preparing the marketing materials, i.e. professional pictures, video and drone shots, color brochures, website specifically for the property, notifying the neighborhood of the house/villa being on the market and letting them share it with their friends and family via the personal website, notifying 1,000 local agents about the property, putting it on the open market which includes several national and international websites, setting up showings and open houses and negotiating the top price for their property and getting it because of the preparation done before putting it on the open market.
