Working with Leanne Liang on the sale of our house was easy as she is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Leanne came prepared for ever meeting. She was also very personable in checking in with us during the preparation stage for the sale of our home. Her communication between ourselves and the buyers’ agents was very clear ad professional. Thus leading our house to go pending in less than a week & sales price went over asking with multiple offers all due to Leanne’s comp research and competitor price strategy.
