Lea was awesome when she listed my house. She discussed with me what she considered to be a fair amount to list as and I agreed with her. Within 4 days we had an offer on it and even when they tried to come back after accepting my counter and try to ask to pay less, she was right there for me and was in agreement when I suggested we go back and tell them no and that we would put the house back on the market.
