Lauren Christmas

Lauren gave us excellent and realistic evaluations with all issues in our last property sale. She was always very easy to reach and gave excellent input on the various contract negotiations. I highly recommend Lauren for any property purchase or sale that you may be entering into.

About every thing she did in above

Happy to work with her made everything go smoothly and easy and I will keep in touch with her for the next time she does do a great job makes everything go smooth .. great job

Lauren was exceptionally helpful in every step of the process. She went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. She helped us buy our townhouse and helped us sell it when we were ready to as well.

Pick Lauren for all your real estate needs. She will not disappoint. Her expertise in the real estate business is phenomenal! We had a few pitfalls from the buyers' real estate agent, however, Lauren worked her magic and gently smoothed out everything. We received $40,000 more than the list price! That's good money!

Lauren is one the greatest realtors out there. She was very patient and over the top helpful. If you are wanting to buy a home in Colorado and you should be using Lauren as your realtor. No one could give me a reason that they would use her as their realtor. Fantastic job and service she provided us. If there was another star to click above I would fill every one of them.
