While you are wandering through a home thinking about whether you could live there, Laura is by your side checking out a million little details such as the age of the HVAC system, the location of the sump pump, strange water spots on the ceiling, whether the rooms have recessed lighting, the potential for radon exposure, etc. After viewing a few homes together, she learned what was important to us and added those items to her internal checklist. I could not write a more positive review for a person or business. Laura helped us find our forever home in 2 weeks and helped us close 2 weeks later. She was attentive, patient, and truly cared about getting us the home we wanted for a price point we were comfortable with. Outside of the "normal" realtor duties, she helped us with contractor and repair company recommendations, all of which were solid. We had the BEST experience with Laura and could not more highly recommend her. The only problem with finding a house and closing so quickly is that we won't get to see more of her.

I loved working with Laura roughly 10 years ago to help a friend buy a place and finally was in the position to use to her to buy my own place. She was laid back while showing. Reigned me in when I was about to put in an offer one place that wasn't really a fit. Laura was a great sounding board when I had questions and nudger when I needed to expand my location scope.
