She helped us with more matters than we can recall, including the timing of when to put the house on the market, advice regarding what was critical and what was non-critical in terms of updating/refreshing our house, advice regarding staging, providing multiple quotes for various vendors (e.g., painters, stagers), the appropriate price at which to market the house (and what to expect the final price to be), prompting us to take care of various to-do items, preparing the house for the open house (e.g., bringing in lamps, towels), meeting with us after the open houses, providing us with not only the contract offers but also helpful summaries thereof, working with us for hours as we considered offers, and attending closing to make sure that everything went smoothly up to the finish line. We are very appreciative of her and her experience in the real estate market, and we would recommend her to anyone.
