I loved working with Laura roughly 10 years ago to help a friend buy a place and finally was in the position to use to her to buy my own place. She was laid back while showing. Reigned me in when I was about to put in an offer one place that wasn't really a fit. Laura was a great sounding board when I had questions and nudger when I needed to expand my location scope. She was patient while I looked almost every weekend for 5 months - sometimes with her and sometimes on my own. She responded to questions quickly and was honest about the pros and cons of all the places we saw together. I never felt pressured by her to make a decision nor did I ever feel like she was guiding to more expensive properties. Laura actually pulled me back on occasion saying that it didn't align with the search parameters I gave her at the beginning of my search.
