Laura was amazing to work with after my wife and I had a bad experience with another agent in the DMV area. She was always reachable and communicated to us proactively, and always had her ducks in a row we appreciated. She never pushed us, and she helped us narrow down in a methodical manner what area we wanted to be in, then what neighborhood we wanted, and helped us immensely define what we wanted in a house and what were MUST HAVEs and what were NICE TO HAVEs.
