In our first meeting I remember her telling us, she’d probably be the first one to talk us out of buying a home by pointing out the items we may not necessarily see when we are viewing the houses because we will be fixated on aesthetics, and that right there made me realize that’s exactly who we want to work with! Someone who will have best interest in mind. She was patient, responsive and a great negotiator! The home we fell in love with had 6 total offers, she worked with us on a strategy and diligently followed up with the seller agent to ensure we had a good chance at winning the bid, and we did!!! From the negotiations, home inspection, walk-throughs, stepping us through closing disclosures of the loan and closing, Laura was there with us every step of the way. I’ve already been raving about her to my friends and family, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home!

Laura was great to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had already moved to another state when this property was on the market. Not only did Laura took care to check in on the property to ensure it was still in good shape prior to showings, but she also found painters, a plumber, and a handyman for the property. Laura even helped me with part of the staging, which I felt was above and beyond her necessary duties.

Laura helped us sell our condo -- quickly and easily with no hassles for us. We live a few hours from the sale and she took care of all the little details from helping find someone to do repairs, to moving furniture left by the former tenant, to last minute details before closing. I wouldn't want anyone else in the DC Metro area.
