This was our first home buying experience and Laura has made the process so seamless. She has been amazing in every step of the way! Laura was great to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had already moved to another state when this property was on the market. Not only did Laura took care to check in on the property to ensure it was still in good shape prior to showings, but she also found painters, a plumber, and a handyman for the property. Laura even helped me with part of the staging, which I felt was above and beyond her necessary duties.
Laura helped us sell our condo -- quickly and easily with no hassles for us. We live a few hours from the sale and she took care of all the little details from helping find someone to do repairs, to moving furniture left by the former tenant, to last minute details before closing. I wouldn't want anyone else in the DC Metro area.
