Laura is a very knowledgeable and helpful agent who guides you every step of the way with the home buying and selling process. On they buying side, Laura listened to exactly what we wanted and patiently kept sending us listings, which helped us further refine our requirements. Whenever she sent us a home we wished to see, Laura walked us through the home and gave her honest assessment (pointing out the positives and the negatives) -- we never felt pushed to settle. When she finally found the dream home we ultimately purchased -- one that wasn't on the market yet, she was an excellent advocate for our interests in the negotiation/purchase process. On the selling side Laura brought a ton of expertise around making necessary repairs, pricing the home and finding the best buyers. We were able to sell our home in a very reasonable time frame and at a decent price for the market conditions (the market went through a turndown almost immediately after we listed). Laura was able to help us adjust for the change in market. Similar homes that were up for sale contemporaneously are still available months after our sale -- and I credit our sale to Laura's efforts. Laura also provides a lot of extra nice "touches" -- like sending checklists and reminders for all of the myriad pieces involved with moving homes. She's a great agent and we were very happy working with her.
