Laura is an amazing realtor! Diligent, organized, determined and kind -- she literally delivered upon our dreams. We had initially lost the offer we put in on our home due to a misstep by the seller’s realtor. Laura stuck with it and was able to make our dream a reality. She has a way of making you feel like you are the most important client she has. And she masterfully kept us in the know about every little step that needed to be taken to reach our ultimate goal of purchasing our dream home. We could not say enough great things about working with Laura!

My family has worked with Laura for the purchases of our first two homes, so it was a no-brainer who we were going to work with when selling our current home. This was the first time we had sold a property, so we didn't quite know what to expect. Now that closing is over, I can confidently say selling far more grueling than buying...unless you have Laura guiding the way! She made sure to lay out in great detail every little task that we needed to complete, and if we forgot something, we were quickly reminded about it. She performed multiple walk-throughs of our townhome to make recommendations for how we could prepare it for showing. Her confidence is contagious and her communication with her clients unmatched. It was clear we weren't just another client to her, but she was personally invested in our future. Thank you for everything, Laura!

Laura was an awesome realtor who helped us navigate a highly competitive market. We were looking for a home in Arlington for 6+ months and she was great about keeping us calm through the stressful and sometimes frustrating process. We ended up with an ideal property and Laura was very comfortable going back and forth with the sellers to make sure we were getting the best situation we could. Highly recommend!!!

Laura is an excellent agent and I would highly recommend her for any buying, selling or rentals. She sold my condo within a week of the open house. She goes above and beyond the make the process of selling or buying easy for you. If I could give more stars I would.

Laura went above and beyond. She showed us over 50 houses and was available at all times. We wouldn’t have been able to buy a house without her expertise and knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend using Laura as an agent and plan on using her for any future purchases.

Laura helped my family sell my childhood home in Bonnie Brae in Fairfax, developing and executing on a marketing strategy that helped us secure multiple offers and got the home under contract after its first weekend on the market (which was a key objective for us). Laura was supremely responsive throughout the process, guiding us through a number of strategic decisions - staging and preparing the home for sale, pricing, and guiding us through through offer and closing process. This is the second time Laura has helped my family buy or sell a home. Highly recommended.

Working with Laura was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable about the area and super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We can't recommend her highly enough.

Laura was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. She was excellent as we were in our initial search for our home... she's very easy to get in touch with and really listened to what we were looking for. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and was more than willing to answer every single one of our questions. Also, Laura really fought for us during the entire negotiation process and we just could not have ask for a better realtor. We'll certainly be using her again in the future, and would highly recommend!

Laura was wonderful to work with. She made the sale of our home smooth and painless. Her confidence and optimism put me right at ease. Plus, she’s knowledgeable, prompt, and attentive. We’ve worked with her in the past and we’ll work with her again in the future, no doubt!

I'm a sales professional and consider myself one of the best- Laura raised the bar for me! Laura took the time and effort to find properties that fit my needs and lifestyle. Moreover, she understood the details of my contractual obligations so she was able to negotiate the best deal for me. It was an absolute pleasure working with Laura!

I highly recommend working with Laura. She is reliable, responsive, experienced, and produced great results. I will use her again when the time comes!

While looking for a realtor to sell our house our number one requirement was trust. We had to have someone we trust since we would be moving out of state a few days before the house would go on the market. We came to realize a few weeks into the process that with Laura we found not only a trust worthy person but also a knowledgeable, kind, well-resourced, on point, savvy person. Whenever an issue came up Laura immediately took care of it, brought an expert and handled the problem. Her negotiation skills came to play and were proved to be great.
