Laura is an outstanding real estate agent who is client focused and goes above and beyond to achieve the best results for her clients. She is very pleasant to work with, honest and straightforward, extremely responsive and guided us with her strong market expertise through multiple difficult decisions. If you are looking for an agent to buy or sell a home, we have no hesitations to recommend Laura.

If you are considering Laura Schwartz as your agent, do not hesitate to go with her. We were referred to Laura through a friend, and she has impressed us through the entire process with her expertise, her judgment and her clients-first mentality. We have already recommended her to friends and family for their own buying/selling needs, and will continue to do so.

This was our first home buying experience and Laura has made the process so seamless. She has been amazing in every step of the way! Working with Laura exceeded all my expectations, she took the time to sit down with us to walk us through the whole home buying process and listened to what we were looking for. In our first meeting I remember her telling us, she’d probably be the first one to talk us out of buying a home by pointing out the items we may not necessarily see when we are viewing the houses because we will be fixated on aesthetics, and that right there made me realize that’s exactly who we want to work with! Someone who will have best interest in mind. She was patient, responsive and a great negotiator! The home we fell in love with had 6 total offers, she worked with us on a strategy and diligently followed up with the seller agent to ensure we had a good chance at winning the bid, and we did!!! From the negotiations, home inspection, walk-throughs, stepping us through closing disclosures of the loan and closing, Laura was there with us every step of the way. I’ve already been raving about her to my friends and family, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home!

Laura was great to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had already moved to another state when this property was on the market. Not only did Laura took care to check in on the property to ensure it was still in good shape prior to showings, but she also found painters, a plumber, and a handyman for the property. Laura even helped me with part of the staging, which I felt was above and beyond her necessary duties.

Laura helped us sell our condo -- quickly and easily with no hassles for us. We live a few hours from the sale and she took care of all the little details from helping find someone to do repairs, to moving furniture left by the former tenant, to last minute details before closing. I wouldn't want anyone else in the DC Metro area.

Laura was professional, attentive, assertive and highly communicative as well as a pleasure to work with. She sold our condo promptly and made it a stress-free experience.

Laura is the best! She is the great to work with. She helped my husband and I buy our first condo and now our first home. She made the home buying process very smooth. She was always available to answer any of our questions and helped us find the perfect home. She is very knowledgable and willing to fight for what is best for her clients. She is very honest and truly cares about her clients.

I have used Laura four times during 2016 -- to sell one house and buy three others. She is extremely knowledgeable, understands the market, and is customer focused. I would highly recommend her.

Laura helped me both buy and sell the same home 6 years apart. She is very personable and took care of everything; it made the entire process super easy for me, which was great since I was also trying to coordinate a move.

Laura was wonderful in guiding me through the entire process of my home sale! She helped me through the steps of getting the house ready to show, marketing strategies, and worked hard to do everything to get the best price for the final sale. Laura also helped me find a new place to live. She is awesome!! Thank you!!

Laura finds out exactly what you are looking for in a home and then goes to work immediately finding homes that you will like. She always represents you, her client, and makes sure you understand the process as things progress on buying a home. Laura also is very accomadating with meeting you in your time schedule no matter what time of day that might be. She is very professional and personable.

Laura was an incredible asset throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time buyer, I had tons of questions and needed a lot of hand holding. Laura was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and offered insights about the local market that helped us get the right house at the right price. Laura was very responsive and would typically return an email within an hour (at all hours of the day/night). She helped us navigate a somewhat complex negotiation and she had high quality referrals for home inspectors and other services. If you need a home in Northern VA (Arlington/Fairfax County), I would highly recommend Laura.
