Laura is a boss. I don’t think Laura knows the meaning of “the extra mile” since it appeared to come standard with every step of our buying and selling journey with her. We were shopping realtors and gave them all the same challenge - find us an off-market listing in a single, specific North Arlington neighborhood in a very competitive and challenging price range with a specific set of criteria. She worked her network, and impressively, came through. She won our business and I could not be happier about it. Laura was amazing from start to finish. We had been looking for a home in a very specific neighborhood for a year and a half, and not only did she find us the home, but she found it not yet listed. This gave us a huge step up on any other people who would have put bids down had it gone to market. During contract negotiation, she was thoughtful and worked in our best interest to get us the best deal possible. Acting also as our selling agent, she also made the stressful process amazingly smooth and simple.
