With over 21 years of proven expertise, not only have I sold homes in record time for the highest possible price, but I’ve been able to locating your perfect Denver communities for my clients that may not know the city, like I do after living my life here in many different areas.
As a strong negotiator, I have a strong emotional connection go my clients and take their goals very personally. I advocate tirelessly on each client’s behalf and believe in constant communication. I’m a Denver native and CSU graduate with a Bachelor’s in Interior Design and have been involved with homes in one way or another since childhood. My first job was at 12 years old, typing letters for my Dad when he was the manager of the Moore Realty office, located at 300 Speer Boulevard, in the ‘60s and ‘70s. Prior to real estate, I co-owned the TJ Hooker show room in the Denver Design Center, and partnered with the KREISS family to open their first retail store in Denver, KREISS Furnishings in Cherry Creek North. SI managed and ran this successful retail store for over 6 years. I also started my own design firm, Designs by Laura in 1984 and continue to selectively do small projects to this day. I have been grateful to work with a variety of clients extending to the Virgin Islands, country music star Kenny Chesney, locally, members of the Colorado Avalanche professional hockey team, and numerous high net worth clientele, giving me in depth experience in the luxury real estate and design market.
I gratefully have a steady following, selling properties across the Denver metro mostly by referral. I have represented properties in Cherry Creek, Washington Park, and Observatory Park to Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, and Castle Pines, and west to Lakewood and more. I have a wealth of neighborhood knowledge from growing up and raising my kids in Denver. I have an extensive understanding of the various communities and their unique characteristics.
From owning both wholesale and retail businesses, to working as a project manager for complete remodels, including design, construction, purchasing, receiving, organizing laborers, and managing vendors, I understand every facet of buying, selling, and updating property along the Front Range. I can assist with staging, color consultation, evaluate contractors, and the partners needed have a successful real estate transaction.
