What a fantastic selling experience I had with Lane Stone and his team! I was referred to Lane from my contractor, and from our first meeting, it was clear that he knew the downtown Huntington Beach market deeply and brought his expertise to bear when pricing and marketing my home. Lane brought in a team of folks to photograph, video, and create a 3D tour of my home. Lane then used all of this media to not just list on the MLS, but work across multiple social media platforms to get the most reach. He collects statistics across the platforms to understand what works and what doesn't work. Well....guess what? It all worked...because we had a full-price offer within days of listing. We went from listing to being fully closed and all the proceeds in my account in 23 days. Truly amazing! Not a single bump in the process due to his team being on top of every detail...that matters. Here’s a unique review: We just completed a real estate deal with Lane Stone, whom we never met! All our conversations were on the phone or via text and email, because my wife and I are out of state and the house is in California. We found Lane online and from the first phone conversation, we were confident he was the right guy. We talked to three other reps before we went with him, and there was absolutely no comparison. In fact, one was so clueless that she talked about listing an all-cash, as-is sale on MLS!! From the very start, Lane understood completely what we wanted to do, and we relied on his expertise and guidance throughout the process. Any real estate transaction is stressful, and sellers never think they got enough money, but we trusted his judgment and think we made the best deal possible. As I told him, I would hate to think about doing this with anyone else! Lane was totally accessible, even on weekends and holidays. In addition to being extremely competent, he is a great communicator! We looked forward to talking with him! He even paid for the clean-out of the property, because we had a lot of stuff / junk that needed to be hauled away. Through every step of the entire, and very intimidating process of buying a home, the whole team were easy to deal with, kind, and always willing to help. They made the process of buying a home manageable and easy. My wife and I are first time home buyers, so we were very anxious about the process because we simply did not know what we didn't know. We previously had our home on the market with no luck. Being really frustrated we took the home off the market. After listing again we decided to hire Lane who came highly recommended and he was the right choice. He is a very energetic and a hard worker.
