Working with Lane was a wonderful experience. He listened to our wish list and provided plenty of options to satisfy our families needs. Here’s a unique review: We just completed a real estate deal with Lane Stone, whom we never met! All our conversations were on the phone or via text and email, because my wife and I are out of state and the house is in California. We found Lane online and from the first phone conversation, we were confident he was the right guy. We talked to three other reps before we went with him, and there was absolutely no comparison. In fact, one was so clueless that she talked about listing an all-cash, as-is sale on MLS!! From the very start, Lane understood completely what we wanted to do, and we relied on his expertise and guidance throughout the process. Any real estate transaction is stressful, and sellers never think they got enough money, but we trusted his judgment and think we made the best deal possible. As I told him, I would hate to think about doing this with anyone else! Lane was totally accessible, even on weekends and holidays. In addition to being extremely competent, he is a great communicator! We looked forward to talking with him! He even paid for the clean-out of the property, because we had a lot of stuff / junk that needed to be hauled away.
