When there were any issues that came up during the negotiations and after the contract was signed, Jerry was skilled in working with me and the buyers in coming to an agreement and always acted in my best interests. One of Jerry's greatest strengths is his communication skills. He listened to me and explained everything clearly and was always available to answer my questions; he was also helped me complete the seemingly endless forms that need to be filled out.
