We sold a house with Lane and Tracy almost a decade ago, and now in moving back to the area, we knew immediately we would buy with them as well. They helped us navigate a couple of contracts falling through due to seller/house issues and then our eventual home purchase, negotiating repairs, and seeing it through to closing. In our initial meeting they presented a very thorough, detailed picture of the current market in relation to our area of town and our type of housing They provided three detailed examples of probable expenses and and net gains that proved to be right on target with our actual outcome. Tracy did an outstanding job of working with us in preparing the house for sale and developing fabulous marketing brochures that were available to prospective buyers. When the initial purchase offer came in, Lane did a tremendous negotiating job in making a counter offer that brought in a sales price higher than asking. Following the inspection, he worked hand in hand in dealing with the items of concern so that they were all completely satisfied. At closing Lane was on top of every aspect in dealing with the buyer's selected law firm and making sure that the job was properly completed. In summary, I have bought and sold 10 houses over my time as a home owner. In working with Lane and Tracy, this was by far the best overall experience I have ever had in those situations because of their marketplace knowledge and professionalism in representing our interests, keeping us informed all along the way! They provided a sales price above asking and a completed sale in a short timeframe that met our need for our subsequent move into a senior living community.
