Stacey had an incredibly difficult buyer's agent(s) to deal with on my behalf and she had to dedicate many, many hours and days over the months to communicate with very immature, brutish and irrational buyers agents and the buyer himself, demanding unvalidated repairs on an as-is cash sale.
