We got the carpet material and bid, concept of the replacement custom bookcase, sun room air conditioning mini-split and vinyl planking, master bathroom remodel to cure inspection issues etc., and deck replacement. Her devoted crew got me on queue to have projects completed prior to my ultimate move-in (listing my Kansas home for sale in a couple weeks). She loves interior design work and has a keen eye, taking me to tile and flooring vendors to get materials ordered and on queue for the project timeline (plus I benefited from her and contractor’s purchase discount benefits).
