Kristen was a very dedicated and patient agent. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, professional and attentive to her client's needs. I've never recommended an agent to anyone before but I've already give 3 people her information.
Although I was neither the buyer nor seller of the property at 102 McGrady, Summer Park, I believe the Agent, Kristyn Hicks did the impossible. Most of the Community thought this property would never sell. The old owners had turned what used to be one of the most attractive and well kept properties in the neighborhood, into an unsightly and unsafe property by establishing an unauthorized auto repair business. In spite of the challenge this property offered, Kristyn managed to get it under contract and bring it to closing, in record time. Our Community is indebted to Kristyn for her effort in placing the neglected property in the hands of new and caring owners. If Kristyn can sell that property, she could certainly sell anyone's.
