We worked with Kris to find our first house. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We didn't have a very good idea of what we were looking for when we started our search, and she was able to help us by showing us houses with very different features in a variety of neighborhoods. When we decided to make an offer, she acted quickly and was very patient while explaining the process and answering our many questions. She helped us through negotiations after our offer was accepted, and made the process as stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend working with Kris!
