The entire experience was a positive one for us. Dave and Kirsten were super responsive to any question or concern we had and kept us constantly updated on the progress. They also approached the sale as if it were their own home, attention to details and even helped out with a few things at the end that required physical effort on their part and saved us from making a long trip and stress of doing it ourselves right before closing. Dave's knowledge and resources for taking care of things on the inspection report were invaluable. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Dave did a great job in walking us through the sales process, strategizing to get the buyers we were looking for and communicating offers. He also went the extra mile in caring for the house (in cold weather) and getting a few minor repairs done which were difficult for us, as we all live outside DE. Dave also worked with us when we requested a high asking price for the property. So we made it pretty challenging for him with an old property, a high asking price, and specific buyers in mind. But, for the most part, it worked out ok!

Dave did a great job helping us sell our 60 year old home in Newark. He had good suggestions for repair work which needed to be done, took excellent pictures to post on the web, and was a very pleasant person to deal with. In addition, without prompting he helped care for the home during cold, snowy weather as we were not local to Newark. Through Dave's diligence we got our asking price in about a month after going on the market. We'd highly recommend Dave's services!
