He is a great communicator and was constantly in touch with us, seven days a week, by phone, email or texting. All the necessary documents for the sale were executed remotely using DocuSign and we gave David power of attorney to represent us at the settlement which needless to say went flawlessly. Kirsten and Dave have a great team set up, with Kirsten seeming to handle a lot of the front end of the deal with initial interviews, appointments, viewing of the home and the most important part of answering ALL of my mother’s questions.
