Always available to answer questions, following up to make sure I understood the process and paperwork was correctly submitted. Helping facilitate everything in a way that greatly reduced the stress of the entire process. I can’t praise them enough, and they will be my first call should I need a real estate agent(s) again!

I can't even begin to tell you how Dave and team made this a super positive experience. Dave and Team Landon would get 100 stars if it was possible. From day one I felt like I was being treated the same selling my condo as I would if I had a $500,000 home or higher. Oh and BTW.... Unit was listed on a Monday and we accepted an offer on Tuesday !!
