Kirsten and Dave have a great team set up, with Kirsten seeming to handle a lot of the front end of the deal with initial interviews, appointments, viewing of the home and the most important part of answering ALL of my mother’s questions. Dave was an effective and efficient mediator and handled all the details involved with getting a home to a successful settlement. Selling our parents’ home was tricky due to an unexpected medical complication with our Dad, which meant our focus was needed on him. Kirsten and Dave made sure everything was taken care of, were very patient with elderly sellers, and got their home under contract within 48 hours of becoming active, and we sailed into a quick settlement and sold well over list price. A lot went wrong in relocating our parents to elder care, but Kirsten and Dave were the right choice to get their home sold quickly, efficiently and competently. It was the one smooth part of the past two months and we are very grateful for that!

Overall, we had a great experience with our PS agent. He and his wife were good to work with, organized and thorough. Two points of feedback: 1) at times, particularly early on within the first couple weeks on the market, they were too quick to try and push me to compromise on price to make a quick sale (despite knowing we weren't in a rush given our situation) and 2) at times we would have appreciated a direct call to talk thru things vs. primarily e-mails back and forth all the time. Again, had a great experience with our agents, but wanted to share. Realize both of the above are likely a product of them being top agents that sell a large number of houses every year, so we get the "Why", just wanted to share as some constructive feedback.
