Dave was extremely professional and knowledgeable which in turn made this selling experience smooth.
My wife and I live several hundred miles from Delaware and were faced with the challenge of selling a deceased family member's home in Newark which had been their residence for over 40 years. We had the extraordinary good fortune of being introduced to David Landon who provided us with invaluable guidance throughout the process. Thanks to his profound knowledge of Newark real estate, he marketed the house at exactly the right price point resulting in many attractive offers to choose from less than a week after it was listed. All along, David went way above and beyond the call of duty in preparing the house for sale. For example, there was a large puddle of water in the basement. David identified the source of the leak and fixed it himself! The junk removal company refused to take the huge amount of trash in the basement for fear it might have mold. David was unfazed. He immediately rented a dumpster, rolled up his sleeves, and with a couple of his friends he hauled out all the trash at no charge except for the dumpster rental! David is an outstanding realtor who is passionate about his profession and who exudes boundless enthusiasm in his work. He is a great communicator and was constantly in touch with us, seven days a week, by phone, email or texting. All the necessary documents for the sale were executed remotely using DocuSign and we gave David power of attorney to represent us at the settlement which needless to say went flawlessly. Thus, it is with great pleasure that we recommend David with the highest enthusiasm and absolutely no reservations.
