Kimberly recognized characteristic features of the 1920's bungalow, and expressed enthusiasm for engaging first hand in refreshing the interior to present to its advantage. While she gave sound advice and was easy to work with, her approach was hands on, helping to select paint colors, landscape and exterior updates and designing creative staging for the refreshed rooms. She was insightful in presenting the full potential of the house, including unfinished and never used spaces of the home. She made marketing decisions that placed the home and its value well above the competition. The house attracted multiple contracts and she was active throughout the purchase process, smoothing out negotiations when required, ultimately selling the home for above list price.
