In the beginning I was very unsure of the type of residence I wanted, duplex or single family home etc, but after viewing a few of each Kim was able to gauge my interests and sent me 1 Condo and we looked at it that day I decided it was the 1 as soon as I walked in pretty much. I have now closed on it and I love it.
